Executive Chef Mike Lim, is a passionate culinary expert with 25 years of industry experience. Lim brings his commitment to excellence to the sushi program with the philosophy that combining Mother Nature’s finest ingredients with the best of culinary abilities will yield amazing results. He is ready to show Houston how much he has learned and evolved in the last 20 years.
Chef John Hui
Executive Sous Chef John Hui, is a self driven culinary enthusiast with 13 years of industry experience. Japanese cuisine is his favorite cuisine to enjoy that fits his flavor profile. His extensive knowledge in flavor and taste pushes the team to step it up to the next level. He enjoys interacting with the guest and seeing their enjoyment from the food he is able to create in front of them.
Chef Danny Nguyen
Chef de Partie Danny Nguyen, has 10 years of industry experience, he is the youngest of the four but hungriest of all. Working under the mentorship of Chef Mike Lim, his drive and passion for learning and striving to be better was recognized by Lim. Lim expresses that his vision is eye catching amongst his age group. Nguyen sets to become one of the best chefs of Houston and is ready to prove it.
Director of Operations Michael Ly, has spent the last 16 years learning what it means to provide a true hospitality experience. It is never expressed in just one way, it is shown through the engagements of conversation, laughter, and beverages. Ly is driven by the constant desire of creating happiness for everyone and is ready to showcase that at your next event.
